Raising funds through the unwavering determination of our... youth

In order to provide funding for Phase one, the Swiss students pitched their idea to members of the Forum Finance Group – a Swiss independent wealth management company. They were so impressed with their drive and determination that they generously sponsored both Phase 1 and 2 as well as agreeing to provide financial literacy workshops – a topic close to their heart. In addition, UEFA Foundation for Children were also impressed with the student’s ideas and donated a small sum to kick start the project. Senior members of UEFA donated equipment and signed memoriabilia and Marcus Vieth from Futgoal also gave some signed memoriabilia as well of five of his Futgoal games. In addition, parents and friends of the Ecolint community donated money, food and signed items to contribute to the Swiss student’s hefty fundraising goal. 

Furthermore, the UEFA Foundation for Children recognised the merit of the students’ ideas and made a generous donation to kickstart the project. Senior members of UEFA contributed equipment and signed memorabilia, while Marcus Vieth from Futgoal also provided signed memorabilia and five of his Futgoal games.

The Ecolint community rallied behind the Swiss students’ ambitious fundraising goal, with parents and friends contributing money, food, and signed items. This collective support played a crucial role in making the project a reality.
