FOOTBALL4iMPACT: Goals and Ambitions for 2025

As FOOTBALL4iMPACT continues its journey towards growing into a fully developed NGO, 2025 stands as the pivotal year filled with ambitious goals and transforming plans. Our mission,  teaching teenagers life skills through football, will be reinforced by a series of targeted initiatives designed to increase our name recognition, expand our reach, and deepen our impact within the community.

One of our most desirable aims is to foster open-ended conversations around mental health in football. We, as a group, want to bring awareness to the pressures young or experienced athletes face that often go unnoticed. FOOTBALL4iMPACT will take initiative to organise workshops and collaborative sessions including all three schools, with mental health experts. Our intent is to equip our teenagers with the tools to navigate through challenges  both on and off the pitch.

We would like to promote our name as much as possible and bring awareness to our work and purpose. FOOTBALL4iMPACT  is increasingly growing on social media platforms and we believe this is only just the beginning. Our social media pages keep you guys up to date with our projects, events and successes. By utilising various platforms, we aim to inspire a broader and more international audience by engaging our mission.

A crucial milestone we strive to attain for 2025 is achieving our NGO status. This step will open doors to sponsorships and funding opportunities, as well as partnerships and a greater community involvement.

Building on the success of our past collaborations, we’re excited to bring the team for the West Ham Foundation to Geneva. This event will involve all three schools: La Châtaigneraie, United Lisbon International School and West Ham Foundation. It will serve as a platform for cultural exchange, with football matches and workshops designed to strengthen our unity and skill development. It is an opportunity to grow together and deepen our connections both on and off the field.

We envision a three-way tournament involving the Lisbon and London group as well as ourselves, creating a larger connected community shared through our love of football. This event will enhance our image, seek to promote our name, and serve as a powerful symbol of collaboration and friendship.

Finally we would like to remain on track by creating a detailed timeline of our objectives. This timeline will serve as our reference point to ensure we stay aligned with our plans and remain open to adaptable changes.

FOOTBALL4iMPACT is far more than just a football initiative; it is a movement dedicated to empowering the next generation through sports, education, and community engagement. F4I is a CAS project passed down year by year, therefore having a different crew behind it and teaching students different life skills every single year. The goal of the 2025 group is to reflect our commitment to grow and learn while remaining inclusive and spreading meaningful impact. By working together and following our mission, we will achieve these aspirations and continue to inspire positive change on a global scale.
